Ibiza fascinates. Historically rural, the island became bohemian and internationally renowned in the 1970s. Seduced by its preserved nature, hippies, artists, and the global elite gathered here. In particular, at Cala Carbó, facing Es Vedrà, to the southwest of the archipelago. Cocooned in an air of exclusivity, Ibiza remains irresistible for those seeking a high-end retreat.

Architect, Studio Galeón
Born in Patagonia, this young architect has quickly become a New York favourite. At Petunia, with the help of her project manager, Emilia Prieto, Lula wanted to tell the story of the bohemian and arty spirit inherited from the island's heyday through the hotel's interiors, and to celebrate the tranquillity of the surrounding nature from our alfresco spaces. Good vibrations...
Landscape gardener
Juan is without a doubt one of the most renowned landscape gardeners on the island. And for good reason. With an insatiable passion for Mediterranean plants, he knows better than anyone how to create spaces where each flower, shrub, and native tree finds its place naturally. This is a joy to see at Petunia: thanks to the reorganization of existing plantations and the introduction of new endemic species, the gardens dance to Ibiza's natural rhythm once again.
Founder, Ramos Obra y Deco
Respecting the historical identity of Ibiza: this is Juan Ramos' driving passion. For more than 25 years, he has been the head of a local construction and decoration company. He carried out all the renovation work at Petunia, rehabilitating the existing building with the greatest care and, in particular, providing the tiled tables for the reception and gastronomic spaces.
Director, Gordiola
A distinguished professor and economist, Cesar recently decided to take on a new challenge: running a world-renowned glass factory, founded in 1719. Located on the outskirts of Palma de Mallorca, Gordiola is the 4th oldest company in Spain was called upon by the Galeon studio to create all the blown glass pieces for Petunia - including everything from the light fixtures to the vases, and the wall sconces and glassware in each of the rooms and suites.
