Even before taking the first bite, the experience begins with the pale blue-green hues of the pool and the mesmerising silhouette of Es Vedrà on the horizon. Inspired by the Mediterranean and nurtured by the Balearic spirit, our cuisine pays homage to the bountiful nature of the seasons and the beauty of the terroir, with elegantly plated simple ingredients that showcase the riches of the island.

LA MIRADA, BY PETUNIA

Once night falls, it’s time to reach new heights. From Petunia’s rooftop, La Mirada serves raw ingredients, cut to perfection and accented with delicate textures, for a low-key, panoramic interlude where every bite reveals another facet of the Mediterranean. A bespoke hand-crafted cocktail, live lounge music and that always awe-inspiring sunset. Dining on high, a moment suspended in time, to be experienced fully, effortlessly.

  • Low season : Cocktails from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM and dinner from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
  • High season : Cocktails from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM and dinner from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays in May and closed on Mondays in June.
